Spinach - Health in its Purest Form
Spinach may be one of the healthiest foods you'll be able to find. It is a great source of fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Calcium, Iron and various anti-oxidants. It also has NO fat! So what are you waiting to have that cup of spinach?Always prefer fresh spinach over canned or frozen, since it has more nutrients (some of them are lost during the freezing process).
